Job/occupation: Luna is Neo Queen Serenity’s advisor. She is not that great at political advice or even diplomatic advice, though she is learning. However, whenever Usagi is in need of personal advice or even just a friend Luna is always on hand.

Security (Yes/No): No, Luna rarely leaves the palace and when she does she is usually with Usagi or one of the senshi therefore she would easily be protected by one of their security.

Personality: Luna is a caring cat, though she does have both a mischievous side and a jealous side. She is also a romantic at heart. Luna has both teased and nagged Usagi about different things, especially when she first met her. After she learned that Usagi was the princess she didn’t really tease her charge that much anymore. However, she can also be a rather jealous cat. She has become angry at Artemis for what she deemed inappropriate behavior when she heard that he occasionally stared at Minako in the bathroom. She also has questioned Usagi about her relationship with Mamoru, trying to understand what love really was. She also has at least once doubted her ability to be a good partner to Usagi, believing that she had failed her princess. Luna usually has a steadfast head on her shoulders and does her best to make certain that Usagi grows into the best queen that she possibly can.

Luna loves Artemis, though she sometimes has trouble showing this. She also has learned to listen more instead of just giving advice when it’s not asked for. Although she does still tend to nag at times, she always tries to listen to what her charge has to say.

Family: Usagi and Artemis

History: Luna was Princess Serenity’s advisor back on the moon during Old Earth. She was happy during that time, but then the moon kingdom was destroyed and her beloved princess followed Endymion into death. She was placed in a long sleep only to be reawakened on Middle Earth with her memories sealed away. She located Usagi and trained her to be the leader of the senshi, unaware that she was actually the princess.

After her memories came back to her, she felt like a failure because she felt that she was responsible for the pain that Usagi was feeling after Mamoru was stolen away by the Dark Kingdom. Artemis comforted her and reminded her that her place as Usagi’s partner was by her side, not hiding away being miserable. Since then she has done her very best to always be at Usagi’s side to both advise her and to be a friend that is always there.

Luna has done her very best to advise Usagi on the right path to becoming a great queen. She was very proud as she watched Usagi grow into herself and succeed in ICU. She remained by her side even when Usagi studied abroad in the Balkans, a feat that was somewhat hampered by Customs and the fact that they don’t generally like to allow cats to travel abroad without first being quarantined. She managed to avoid their detection though and successfully managed to stay by Usagi’s side through everything that came up, determined to always be there whenever Usagi needed guidance. She has been by Usagi’s side through all of the horrors of the recent past. Luna was right there to offer as much comfort as she could through the days after Usagi’s parents were assassinated and through the broken engagement. At first she tried her best to give Usagi whatever advice she felt Usagi needed in order to grow into a better queen. However, she has learned during the last five years that sometimes all Usagi needs is for someone to be there to listen to her.

Powers: As a Mau, Luna has a human form which she can now reach on her own without help from Usagi. She has some telekinetic powers. She also has the ability to talk, as well as the intelligence of a human. As a cat, she of course has a set of sharp claws as well as sharp little teeth. As a human, Luna has no way of defending herself because she has obviously lost her claws and sharp teeth. She does however still possess some telekinetic powers in both forms, though she can't use these to protect herself.

Past life (yes/no/where): Luna has recovered most of her memories after having awakened from the long sleep. There still are a few foggy memories that she has yet to remember, but for the most part she remembers those time back on the moon with her princess very well.
