Job/occupation: Pediatrician. Toya has always wanted to follow his father’s footsteps and become a doctor. Since he adored children it was just natural that he would go into being a doctor specializing in children.

Personality: Toya has the air of the handsome cool guy that everyone adores. He knows how to get whatever he wants by charming others with his smile, the right words, or even by giving others what they want.

Toya easily charms the women, dating and romancing them until he gets tired of them. He has never really planned on ever settling down, enjoying his carefree lifestyle. However, when his nephew and niece came in to his life Toya had to settle down a little. Although he still dates, he doesn’t do it as frequently.

Even though he is the cool womanizer that gets whatever he wants, Toya is extremely sensitive to the needs of others. Toya detests weapons of all sorts. He detests all kinds of violence in fact, preferring instead to heal people. Although Toya doesn’t like to fight he does understand there is sometimes the need to do so. That however doesn’t stop him from always trying a more diplomatic approach before actually fighting.

Although he never intended to settle down, Toya really loves children and so he was more then happy to take his nephew and niece in when their parents were killed. He doesn't ever expect to have one of his own and so this gave him a chance to have a family. He also tends to dote on the neighborhood children as well, as well as his patients. He finds children helpless and easy to love without all the complications that most adults come with. Children tend to really love him, even if he has just met him. Toya loves to play games with the children, even joining simple childish games. He also loves to read stories to them, or at times getting the kids to read stories to him.

History: Toya has led a relatively normal life for most of his life. He was the second son of Ishikawa Tatsuya and Chikaho. They were a wealthy family that tried to give their sons the best of everything. Tatsuya was a doctor and Chikaho was a stay at home wife.

From the time he was little, Toya dreamed of following in his father’s footsteps and he did everything he could to make certain that would happen. Although he led a somewhat spoiled life filled with fun times, Toya always made certain to study hard. He got through school with flying colors and became a pediatrician because he loved children so much.

Everything was fine in his life, until December of 2012 that is. That was the year that unusually gruesome murders begin to occur and unfortunately his parents were some of them.

Although Toya grieved for his parents for awhile, he eventually went on with his life. He thought things were going to be ok after that, but about two years later memories of a past life began to surface in his mind along with powers he never knew he had. For awhile this scared the heck out of him, until he began to understand what was going on.

It wasn’t long after that when he began to receive visions of the destruction that could be caused by the Shittennou because of the prophecy. He began trying to search out these men in an attempt to find and destroy them before the prophecy was fulfilled, though he’s been confining his search to Tokyo for the moment he has considered traveling abroad because he hasn’t found any trace of them yet.

It was in the year 2016, June, when his brother Tadao along with his wife Rimi were involved in a car accident. They were killed instantly. Their children, Hikaru then 7 and his sister Kimi then 3, were luckily visiting with Toya at the time. Being their only surviving relative, Toya happily took in his nephew and niece. Considering he still has to travel frequently, Toya has hired a live in nanny, Tashima Koume, to take care of Hikaru and Kimi so that he doesn’t have to worry about their care.

For the last three years, Toya has been attempting to hold his life together with everything he has to do now. He’s got to be responsible to his nephew and niece, as well as try to find these Shitennou before the prophecy has been fulfilled, not to mention once he figured out that Neo Queen Serenity was the daughter of his former queen he feels loyal to her as well. Though perhaps not quite as loyal as he was to her mother just yet, except of course she is the queen of the world. However, he has not yet decided to attempt to meet with her or any of the senshi as of yet. Though he has wondered if he might should.

Powers: Toya is from Mercury, therefore his powers tend to revolve around ice. He is not that great of a fighter, in fact he’s more comfortable doing defensive things. He does not really have an offensive attack, he is really only useful in the healing and defensive arts. His only abilities would be that he can create a shield of sorts formed from ice around himself and maybe one other person if that person is standing next to him. This shield does not last long, generally speaking after only one hit of either magical or physical nature it collapses. It is after all made of ice.

He also has a sword, though he is a weak fighter. Not only does he hate to fight, but he has never really been trained to do so. Although he does have his previous life's memories to draw from which helps a great deal. He is capable, but if he were up against someone that knew more about what he was doing then Toya did he would probably be in trouble. Toya can also cover his blade in ice energy, though if he does this then he can’t create his shield. The energy doesn’t last forever, just one or two ... possibly three strikes before it wears off.

Toya is a great defender and is good at healing people by standard ways and magical ways. When his powers started awakening, Toya found that he could now heal minor injuries, both transformed and as a civilian. However, this drains on his own energy and makes him tired.

Past life (yes/no/where): Toya remembers a lot about his former life in the Silver Millennium. He remembers his life both on the moon in service to the Queen as well as some of his life on Mercury. He was never the leader of his little group, more a lieutenant of sorts.
